WESTON, Mass. — Victoria Hughes, of Rome, Maine, graduated from Regis College iwhere she received a master degree in family nurse practitioner.
Hughes is a 2008 Messalonskee High School graduated and proceeded to the University of Southern Maine where she graduated with a bachelor degree in human biology. She then completed her bachelor degree as a registered nurse from Regis College prior to receiving her master degree.
She is the daughter of Terry and Kim Hughes, of Rome, Maine. She lives in Melrose with her husband John Cooper III.
