AUGUSTA — Augusta duplicate bridge club winners for Wednesday were: Frank Shorey and Jan Arey, Ken Harvey and David Offer, David Lock and Rosemarie Goodwin, and Paul Mitnik and Paul Sherman. Winners on Thursday were Fred Letourneau and Sharron Hinckley, with a tie between David Offer and Ken Harvey, and Paul Mitnik and Debby Gardner.
The club meets at 1 p.m. Wednesdays at Granite Hill Estates, 60 Balsam Drive, Hallowell, and 6:30 p.m. Thursdays at Kennebec Plaza, 20 Willow St., Augusta. All are welcome; a partner is guaranteed. For more information, call Janet Arey at 933-4984.
Fairfield Bridge Club
FAIRFIELD — The Fairfield nonsanctioned bridge club winners on Tuesday were north/south: Lucien Veilleux and Patricia Kick with Ed Rushton and Suzon Morrison, who tied for first; Beverly St. Germaine and Lorrie Letourneau, second; and Pat Nutt and Violet Chichette, third; and east/west: Paul Leberman and Diane Bishop, who placed first; Paul and Judy Jones, second; and Julie Richards and Wilma Pouliot, third.

HALLOWELL — Spectrum Generations William S. Cohen Community Center, announced its recent bridge and cribbage winners.
Cribbage winners Monday were Freda Plumley and Hollis Bennett, who placed first; Ernie Sanborn and Dawn Richards, second; and George Gousse and Ken Shephard, third. Bob Creamer earned high hand.
Game day bridge winners on Wednesday were Barbara Winslow, Bob Chandler and Nancy Wadleigh.
Bridge winners May 7 were Vinal Look, Ron Atwood and Jo Burd.
