In the Sunday edition of the Central Maine newspapers, Chris McKinnon of Augusta, wrote a letter, “Obama has a decency his opponents don’t possess.”
I want to publicly laud McKinnon, and say that the sentiments expressed in that letter totally match my own. McKinnon stated the obvious and did it beautifully.
Psychiatry is funny stuff. Human nature does indeed “project” individual character flaws onto innocent others, then seethe with dislike, aiming vitriolic thinking and hatred onto the projection.
