Downtown Gardiner again. Seems like I’ve read that article, “Incentives program, new investments boost downtown Gardiner” (May 16) every year for the last 40 years. The only difference I can recall is the names. How I wish I’d saved all those stories to compare. It’s been said that insanity is doing the same thing over and over, expecting different results. Time for a new approach or to let go.
