AUGUSTA — Five local people were sentenced Tuesday in separate hearings in Kennebec Consolidated Criminal Docket and superior and district court cases, all heard at the Capital Judicial Center:

• Amanda K. Clifford, 23, of Augusta, unlawful possession of scheduled drug and violating condition of release April 15 in Augusta; 21-day jail sentence, credit for time served, $400 fine.

• Kristen E. Day, 25, of Oakland, operating under the influence Dec. 20, 2014, in Waterville and violating condition of release April 19 in Oakland; $650 in fines, 150-day license suspension.

• Christian Greaves, 20, of Waterville, theft by receiving stolen property and violating condition of release April 17 and a second count of violating condition of release March 22, all in Waterville; 90-day jail sentence.

• Patricia Goodwin, 29, of West Gardiner, operating while license suspended or revoked Jan. 20, 2014, in Gardiner; $250 fine.

• Ann P. Roy, 64, of Augusta, driving to endanger Jan. 15, 2014, in Augusta; $575 fine, 30-day license suspension.
