UNIVERSITY OF VERMONT
BURLINGTON, Vt. — Some 2,975 students were awarded a variety of degrees — undergraduate, graduate and M.D. — during the University of Vermont’s 214th commencement ceremonies May 17. Among degree recipients were students from 42 states and 85 international students from 16 countries.
A list of central Maine students and the degree earned by each follows:
• Julienna Brooks, of Union, bachelor of science degree in environmental studies from the Rubenstein School of Environment & Natural Resources
• Joshua Sirois, of Litchfield, doctor of physical Ttherapy degree in physical therapy from the Graduate College
• Benjamin Daggett, of Litchfield, cum laude, bachelor of science degree in animal sciences from the College of Agriculture & Life Sciences
• Adam Paine, of Bowdoin, doctor of medicine degree in medicine from the College of Medicine
• Katherine Barton, of Belgrade, bachelor of science degree in animal sciences from the College of Agriculture & Life Sciences
• Parker Forsley, of Oakland, bachelor of science degree in geology from the College of Arts & Sciences
• Jordyn Mallett, of Winslow, bachelor of science in environmental engineering degree in environmental engineering from the College of Engineering & Mathematical Sciences.
