The 2015 Nomination Committee for the Association of Fundraising Professionals for Northern New England’s Demont Scholarship for Outstanding Youth in Philanthropy seeks nominations. The committee seeks for a deserving student who has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to philanthropy, according to a news release from the committee.

The recipient will be presented with a scholarship award of $5,000 at the Philanthropy Day Awards held on Thursday, Nov. 5, at the Stoweflake Mountain Resort in Stowe, Vermont.

To those working with youth in Maine, submit nominations for deserving youth at afp-nne.org/npd-information-and-criteria.html. Online submissions for the award must be completed by Sunday, May 31.
