Morgan, 50, of Chelsea, was arrested on a probation hold and a charge of violating a protection from harassment order.
6:48 p.m., Leo Thomas Huff, 29, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release and domestic violence terrorizing by police responding to a 911 open line on State Street.
7:44 p.m., Tina M. Berube, 50, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release by police responding to a complaint on State Street.
11:30 p.m., Lee W. Nelson, 35, of Augusta, was arrested on warrants charging failure to appear and failure to pay fines by police responding to a report of a disturbance on Riverside Drive.
