Corey Pendleton of Northport has been arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault after an incidence Tuesday night.
According to WCSH-TV, Pendleton attacked his domestic partner. Witnesses told authorities that Pendleton held his partner in a choke hold during the attack. He also prevented a witness from calling 911 by throwing her phone.
Pendleton resisted arrest and being handcuffed. Besides the assault charge, he is also being held for refusing to submit to arrest and obstructing report of a crime, according to WCSH.
