BRUNSWICK — During Bowdoin College’s 210th Commencement ceremony, held May 23, bachelor of arts degrees were awarded to students from 36 states, the District of Columbia, and 18 other countries and territories, according to a news release from the college.
2015 local graduates:
• Tyler DeAngelis, of Readfield, majored in environmental studies-biology and minored in teaching.
• Helen Mohney, of Gardiner, cum laude, majored in sociology and visual arts .
• Teresa Withee, of West Gardiner, majored in environmental studies-economics.
• Shelby Aseltine, of Wilton, majored in English and minored in teaching.
• Hayleigh Kein, of Unity, majored in earth and oceanographic science and minored in German.
• Brynna Skov, of Waldoboro, majored in environmental studies-government and legal studies and minored in visual arts.
