A New Vineyard Public Library benefit golf tournament is set for Saturday, July 12, at Diadema Golf Course, New Portland Road, North Anson. Rain date is July 19.
Sign in starts at 7:30 a.m., with shotgun tee-off at 8:30 a.m. Format is 4-5 person nine-hole scramble.
Fee is $40 per golfer; includes green fees and lunch. Golf carts can be rented.
The event also will include putting contests with prizes, a closest-to-pin contest on each hole, and longest drive contest. The driving range will be open for practice.
Advanced registration is required. To register as a team or individual golfer, or for more information, call 652-2417 or register at Diadema.
