2:56 p.m., Anthony William Post, 21, of Oakland, was arrested on a warrant by police responding to a complaint of suspicious activity on Western Avenue.
4:24 p.m., Danielle M. Fredette, 30, of Augusta, was arrested on warrants charging unpaid fines and a new charge of theft by police responding to a shoplifting complaint on Civic Center Drive.

JEFFERSON
Saturday, Broderick M. Paton, 21, of Waldoboro, was arrested on a charge of furnishing a place for minors to consume/possess liquor by police responding to a report of an underage drinking party on Sunset Lane. Five others, including a 20-year-old Warren man, a 16-year-old Waldoboro boy, a 17-year-old Damariscotta boy and two 19-year-old Waldoboro men were charged with being minors consuming liquor, being minors possessing liquor and possession of drug paraphernalia.
