ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 9:34 a.m., Mathew Luke Brown, 20, listed as a transient, was charged with terrorizing and domestic violence assault in Skowhegan and on a warrant for administrative release on a terrorizing charge.

1:56 p.m., Jacob Guy Graham, 19, of Palmyra, was arrested on a probation hold.

3:23 p.m., Phillip Ray Noble, 34, of Palmyra, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

Tuesday at 2:23 a.m., Kate Lynn Tripodi, 30, of Palmyra, was charged with domestic violence assault in Palmyra.

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 1:31 a.m., Andrew Dewar, 20, of Summer Street, was arrested on Main Street on a charge of violating conditions of release.
