ARRESTS

IN BENTON, Tuesday at 9:01 a.m., Mark Lee Tibbetts, 43, of 638 East Benton Road, was arrested on a warrant, on East Benton Road.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 12:54 a.m., Mark Beaulieu, 43, of 21 Elm St., was arrested on a warrant and a probation hold, on Elm Street.
