3 p.m., a caller from South Chestnut Street reported a dog bite.

3:53 p.m., a Noyes Street Place caller reported harassment.

4:13 p.m., a 71-year-old Fairfield woman was issued a summons on a charge of failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in an incident on Crossing Way.

4:57 p.m., a 60-year-old Augusta man was issued a summons on Cedar Street charging him with criminal mischief.

5:04 p.m., two people were issued summonses following reports of shoplifting on Civic Center Drive. A 43-year-old man from Randolph was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and operating a vehicle without a license. A 28-year-old Jefferson woman was issued a summons charging her with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release.

11:16 p.m., a 50-year-old man described as a transient was issued a summons charging him with criminal mischief after a report of a burglary on Mount Vernon Avenue.

11:33 p.m., a 30-year-old Farmington woman was issued a summons charging her with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after a report of shoplifting on Civic Center Drive.

Friday at 11:15 a.m., a 33-year old Augusta motorist was issued a summons on Capitol Street charging him with failure to register vehicle.

11:42 a.m., an Eastern Avenue caller reported criminal mischief.

1:42 p.m., a Green Street caller reported a disturbance or disorderly conduct.

At 1:21 p.m., a Water Street caller reported theft.

ARRESTS

AUGUSTA

Thursday at 3:19 p.m., Paul A. Merrick, 52, of Augusta, was arrested on Memorial Circle on a charge of criminal trespass.

Friday at 12:55 a.m., David B. Arbour, 55, of Augusta, was arrested on Civic Center Drive on charges of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and operating under the influence of narcotics.
