6:39 p.m., a caller from Dusty Lane reported suspicious activity.

7:46 p.m., a 45-year-old man was issued a summons on Water Street charging him with criminal trespass.

7:47 p.m., a 17-year-old and an 18-year-old were both stopped on Water Street and charged with minor consuming liquor.

9:20 p.m., a 38-year-old man was issued a summons on Flagg Street Place charging him with violating a fireworks prohibition.

9:43 p.m., a 55-year-old man was issued a summons on Allen Street charging him with violating a fireworks prohibition.

Saturday at 5:57 p.m., a Winthrop Street caller reported lost property.

ARRESTS

Saturday at 10:43 p.m., Christopher Gilman Scott, 23, of Augusta, was arrested on Water Street, Hallowell, and charged with operating under the influence.

10:55 p.m., Darel Smith, 27, of Augusta, was stopped at Middle and Stone streets, Augusta, and arrested on a warrant from York County charging him with operating while license suspended or revoked.

Sunday at 1:08 a.m., Ashley C. Giroux, 30, of Winthrop, was arrested on Cony Street, Augusta, on a warrant from Augusta District Court.
