I am writing about the July 4 column by Don Roberts, “God Bless the USA on its 239th birthday.” It is so good to see someone is still inspired by our great United States of America, and the religious freedom we still have.
Roberts is to be honored for honoring our American patriots and all the personnel who died for our freedom.
The beautiful patriotic songs and hymns, and the flying of our flag, Old Glory, was just so wonderful.
Please convey some of these blessings to our congressmen and senators in Washington, D.C.
