Kiwanis Club of Dexter plans Cruise-In

The Dexter Sunrise Kiwanis Club will hold a Cruise-In from 4:30 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, in the municipal parking lot behind the Bangor Savings Bank on Main Street, Dexter. Rain date will be Aug. 22.

Proceeds will benefit Kiwanis activities. There will be music, food and non-alcoholic beverages and doughboys. The event will feature Don Boudreau, an “Elvis” tribute singer. Contributions will be $3 per car (occupants free) and $1 for walk-ins, according to a news release from the club.
