Thursday at 12:48 p.m., Jenyfer M. Garrett, 23, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant by police responding to a disorderly conduct complaint on Middle Road.

1:08 p.m., two people were arrested by police responding to a shoplifting complaint on Civic Center Drive. Kayla Cater, 19, of Windsor and Stacie Clary, 19, of Augusta, were each charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

3:37 p.m., William L. Ingram, 59, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant on Northern Avenue.
