ARRESTS
IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Sunday at 10:44 a.m., Craig A. Proctor, 49, of Canaan, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an illegal burning charge.
6:03 p.m., Michael P. Liquindoli, 26, of Middletown, Connecticut, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol with no test administered.
7:42 p.m., Ashley Lin Belden, 24, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines or fees on a theft conviction.
9:22 p.m., John Wayne Kelly, 32, of East Madison, was arrested on warrants for unpaid fines or fees for operating while license is suspended or revoked.
11:32 p.m., Steven L. Duke, 22, of Detroit, was arrested on charges of criminal operating under the influence, domestic violence criminal threatening and aggravated reckless conduct.
IN WATERVILLE, Sunday at 5:55 p.m., Richard Belyea, 47, of Winslow, was arrested on a warrant.
