Kennebec Valley Community Action Program’s Family Enrichment Council to sponsor a free parenting class 1,2,3,4 Parents!
Parenting young children is a challenge to all. New information on parenting and child behavior is now available for parents and care providers of children ages 1 through 4. In this series of three 11/2 hour classes, parents can learn discipline methods that work, how to prevent tantrums, establishing routines to make life easier, and much more, according to a news release from Deb Rich at KVCAP. The class consists of video vignettes, discussion and activities.
Classes will take place from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesdays, Sept. 16, 23 and 30, at Lawrence Adult Education, 4 School St., Fairfield.
Emily Buckhalter will be the presenter.
Pre-registration is required.
For information and to register in advance, call Buckhalter at 859-1514 or Rich at 859-1580.
