1:30 p.m., Lindsay D. Fortin, 26, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant charging unpaid fines.

Thursday at 2:31 a.m., Jonathan Daniel Twomey, 27, a transient, was arrested on a charge of aggravated criminal mischief.

Wednesday at 10:55 a.m., John Howard Bowler, 35, of Gardiner, was arrested on a warrant on Spring Street.

HALLOWELL
