April M. Dupont, 37, of Farmingdale, found not guilty of violating condition of release May 5 in Chelsea.

Morgan A. Anton, 30, of Mount Vernon, found not guilty of criminal mischief Oct. 3, 2014, in Belgrade. Found guilty of assault Oct. 3, 2014, in Belgrade; $300 fine, 180-day jail sentence, all but 10 days suspended, one-year administrative release, $340 restitution.

Daniel A. Quimby, 42, of Norridgewock, violating protection from abuse order Aug. 28 in Waterville; no probable cause found.

Scott A. Bickford, 39, of Waterville, two counts of violating condition of release, July 26 and Aug. 6, both in Waterville; four-month jail sentence.

Paul Burnham, 40, of Waterville, violating condition of release Aug. 16 in Augusta; 48-hour jail sentence.

Mathew L. Flanders, 29, of St. Albans, violating condition of release Aug. 28 in Clinton; 48-hour jail sentence.

Christopher Fuller, 45, of Readfield, violating condition of release and operating while license suspended or revoked, both Aug. 29, two counts of operating under the influence, Aug. 29 and July 9, and failing to stop for an officer and motor vehicle speeding more than 30 mph over speed limit, both July 9, all in Monmouth; $1,700 fine, $1,100 suspended, 364-day jail sentence, all but 45 days suspended, one-year administrative release and 300-day license suspension.

Patrick W. Hotchkiss, 55, of Augusta and Whitefield, domestic violence assault and violating condition of release, both July 18 in Augusta; two-year jail sentence, all but six months suspended, two years of probation.

Amy J. Hudson, 32, of Waterville, failing to report Dec. 30, 2014, in Augusta; 30-day jail sentence.

David Kelley, 62, of Malden, Massachusetts, fishing without a valid license July 16 in Winthrop; $100 fine.
