EDITOR’S NOTE: Last month, I wrote an open letter to the children of Maine asking that they please sharpen their lemonade-making skills. Can the powdered, canned lemonade, I begged (or maybe berated) and give the thirsty, lemonade-longing public a drink made from actual, real lemons! (See the letter at pressherald.com/2015/08/19/hey-kids-old-fashioned-lemonade-will-draw-more-customers.) Clara, who lives in Portland, wrote me to let me know that she is already making the good stuff. Bless you, Clara.
