12:29 p.m., a 52-year-old man from Littleton, Colorado, was issued a summons on Whitten Road charging him with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

12:56 p.m., a Western Avenue caller reported a theft/shoplifting.

3:01 p.m., a Flagg Street caller reported a burglary.

7:45 p.m., a 49-year-old Winthrop man was issued a summons on Mount Vernon Avenue charging him with criminal trespass after police responded to a report of intoxicated persons.

Friday at 7:35 a.m., a State Street caller reported a burglary.

9:46 a.m., a Water Street caller reported criminal mischief.

10:42 a.m., a Windsor Avenue caller reported theft.

Thursday at 10:26 p.m., a Lincoln Street caller reported a possible heroin overdose.

HALLOWELL

Thursday at 3:46 p.m., a 23-year-old Randolph woman was issued a summons on Water Street charging her with failure to register a vehicle.

MONMOUTH

Thursday at 8:18 p.m., a Main Street caller reported an incident of threatening.

Thursday at 2:56 p.m., a caller from Russ Point reported theft.

ARRESTS

AUGUSTA

Thursday at 2:11 p.m., two Augusta women were arrested on Stephen King Drive following a report of shoplifting. Danielle Marie Fredette, 30, was arrested on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and on two warrants from Kennebec County charging her with failure to pay fines and failure to appear. Lindsay M. Bartlett, 24, of Augusta, was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

5:47 p.m., Anthony R. Dow, 42, of Augusta, was arrested on Ridge Road on a charge of domestic violence terrorizing.

Friday at 9:42 a.m., Eric Warren Larsen, 64, of Augusta, was arrested on Cony Street on three warrants.
