IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 9:30 a.m., Ann Marie Hicks, 46, of Hartland, was arrested on a charge of theft.

9:40 a.m., Gary Preston Dodge, 30, of Norridgewock, was arrested on charges of operating after habitual offender revocation with three priors, violating condition of release, a warrant for operating after habitual offender revocation with priors, operating after habitual offender with two priors and eluding an officer.

5:26 p.m., Jordan Buker, 22, of Fairfield, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines and fees.

6:58 p.m., Russell Paul Denis, 58, of Embden, was arrested on a charge of violating condition of release.
