Stephen Soule wants to make a difference. He would like to be elected to Waterville’s City Council, representing Ward 1.

Stephen is a retired teacher and principal from Clinton. As a teacher, he led by example. As a principal, he understood the importance of treating everyone with respect and fairness. He now devotes his time working with teenagers at the South End Teen Center in Waterville.

As a city councilor for Waterville, he will do what is best for our wonderful city. Stephen is honest and has the integrity to do what is right for the residents of Waterville. He will approach all issues with an open mind. He will always research all the facts and make an educated decision. As in the past, a great teacher and principal, he will have the ability to work well with all councilors to move Waterville in the right direction.
