We are certainly pleased to see that Stephen Soule is willing to share his time, talents and great enthusiasm for the well-being of residents of Ward 1 through the City Council.
We have known Stephen for several years now in his role as coordinator for the South End Teen Center. In that capacity, he devotes countless hours as a mentor, teacher, program developer, counselor and friend to the young people who have made and continue to make tremendous strides under his compassionate and firm but loving guidance.
