MADISON — Madeline Wood scored two goals, including the game-winner with 3:41 remaining in regulation, to lift the Madison girls soccer team past Oak Hill 2-1 in a Mountain Valley Conference game Friday afternoon.

Whitney Bess added an assist for Madison (6-0-2) while Erin Whalen made six saves.

Jamie Prue scored a goal off an assist from Haley Lair for Oak Hill. Cassidy Tibbetts stopped 15 shots.

ERSKINE 4, BELFAST 1: Abby Haskell and Kaylee Porter each had a pair of goals as the Eagles soared past the Lions in a KVAC B game in Belfast.

Michaela Sprague had a pair of assists for Erskine (5-2-1) while Emma McCormac chipped in with an assist as well.

Lydia Violette scored the lone Belfast (0-7) goal on an assist from Leah Taylor.

CARRABEC 1, BOOTHBAY 0: Brooklynn Moore scored on a breakaway with a minute left in double overtime to give the Cobras a thrilling victory in Boothbay.

Mickayla Willette assisted on the goal.

Kelsey Creamer had four saves for Carrabec (4-3-0) while Hannah Cola had 17 for Boothbay (2-4-1).

MOUNT VIEW 3, MORSE 1: Kate Bennett and Halle Reynolds scored second-half goals to help snap a 1-1 game and lift the Mustangs to the KVAC B victory in Thorndike.

Cate Arthurs also scored for Mount View while Jenni Nadeau had 14 saves. Meri Picard and Katelin Bennett each contributed assists.

Aubrey Martins cored for Morse.

MT. BLUE 4, LAWRENCE 0: Eryn Doiron scored two goals and Caitlin Kane scored a goal and two assists as the Cougars blanked the Bulldogs in Farmington.

Ace Provencher and Nicole Pires added assists for Mt. Blue (4-4-0) as well. Macey Phillips had two saves to earn the shutout. Kayla Spencer had 13 saves for Lawrence (1-7-0).

VINALHAVEN 3, VALLEY 1: Deja Doughty scored all three Vinalhaven goals in the first half and goalie Gilleyanne Davis-Oakes stopped six shots to lead the Vikings to the victory in Bingham.

Haven Mayhew scored for Valley while Samantha West had 10 saves.

BOYS SOCCER

VINALHAVEN 6, VALLEY 5 (2OT): Henry Noyes scored with 24 seconds left in double overtime to give the Vikings the victory in Bingham.

Noyes finished with three goals for Vinalhaven (2-3-1).

Ethan Anthony scored two goals and Max Stanley added another for Vinalhaven.

Cody Laweryson scored three goals and Collin Miller added a pair for Valley (2-5-0).

ERSKINE 10, BELFAST 1: Luke Peabody and Raymond Weymouth each had three goals to lift the Eagles to the KVAC B win in South China.

Josh Reed, Trevor Hubbard, Michael Sprague and Andrew Browne also had a goal each for Erskine (5-3-0). Dakota McGraw made one save.

Soren Moesswilde had the goal for Belfast (0-7-0). Andrew Cross stopped 10 shots.

BREWER 2, MESSALONSKEE 0: Nick Charalanbous and Matt Pushard each scored to lift the host Witches to the KVAC A win.

Jonathan Wood stopped 10 shots for Brewer (2-4-2).

Dylan Jones made six saves for Messalonskee (3-4-1).

MT. BLUE 3, LAWRENCE 1: Alex Bunnell scored two goals and Dominic Giampietro added another to lead the Cougars in Fairfield. Joe Bowering had two saves for Mt. Blue (2-4-1). Austin Bois scored for Lawrence (0-8-0).
