FAIRFIELD — Brent Curran scored with 9:05 remaining to snap a 1-1 game and help lift the Skowhegan boys soccer team to a 2-1 victory over Lawrence in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A game Tuesday night.

David Rosado also scored for Skowhegan (3-6-0).

Parker Towne scored for the Bulldogs (0-9-0).

Max Marin had 10 saves for Lawrence while Gavin Patton had five for the Indians.

WATERVILLE 9, SPRUCE MOUNTAIN 1: Peter Mayhorn had four goals to pace the Purple Panthers to the KVAC B win in Waterville.

Ethan Cayer added a goal and three assists for Waterville (6-2-1) while Bridger Holly, Dalton Henderson, Conrad Ayers and Nathan Pinnette also scored. Ethan Nurick made two saves.

Landon Brochu scored for the Phoenix (0-8-0). Michael Dyke made 16 saves.

MESSALONSKEE 4, OXFORD HILLS 0: Dylan Labun scored two goals to lift the Eagles to the KVAC A win in Oakland.

Jack Moore scored on a penalty kick for Messalonskee (4-4-1) and Dan Turner rounded out the scoring. Ryan McCarthy and Jonathan Wilkie each had an assist while Dylan Jones made three saves.

Jacob Beauchesne stopped 14 shots for the Vikings (0-8-0).

LINCOLN 6, MOUNT VIEW 1: Seth Davis finished with 14 saves but it was not enough as the Mustangs fell to Lincoln Academy.

ISLESBORO 3, TEMPLE 2: Islesboro scored twice in the second half then held off Temple Academy.

Brad Smith and Harrison Deng scored for Temple (1-6-0). Timothy Larsen had 10 saves. Finn Gibson, Patrick Kehoe and Sage Kelley scored for Islesboro.

GIRLS SOCCER

MESSALONSKEE 2, OXFORD HILLS 1: McKenna Brodeur scored two second-half goals to earn the KVAC A win in South Paris.

Lauren Pickett assisted on the first goal. Taylor Easler made seven saves for the Eagles (7-2-0).

Amanda Paradis scored off an assist from Ally Hanley for the Vikings (1-8-0). Sam Bickford made 23 saves.

CARRABEC 5, DIRIGO 0: Samantha Lebeau scored a pair of goals as the Cobras coasted past the Cougars in a Mountain Valley Conference game in North Anson.

Bailey Dunphy, Lexi Cowan and Brooklynn Moore each scored for Carrabec (5-3-0), while Mickayla Willette and Makayla Vicniere each had a pair of assists.

Dirigo fell to 0-9-0.

LAWRENCE 3, SKOWHEGAN 1: Harley Dixon scored a pair of goals to pace the Bulldogs in a KVAC A game in Skowhegan.

Kiana Letourneau had a goal and an assist in the win for Lawrence (2-7-0), while Mallory Beane and Morgan Boudreau each chipped in with assists.

Lauren Dusty had the lone goal for Skowhegan (0-9-0).

WATERVILLE 7, SPRUCE MOUNTAIN 0: The Purple Panthers got four goals from Fotini Shanos in a rout of the Phoenix in Jay.

Mackenzie St. Pierre scored a goal and assisted on three others for Waterville (6-1-1), while Jordan Jabar and Sophie Webb each scored once.

Amber Delaney finished with 13 saves for Spruce Mountain (0-8-0).

MARANACOOK 2, NOKOMIS 1, OT: Molly MacGregor scored from 20 yards out three minutes into overtime to give the Black Bears a KVAC B win over the Warriors in Readfield.

Nokomis (5-3) took a 1-0 lead into halftime on a goal from Kyslend Fraser, but Maranacook (2-5-1) tied the game 10 minutes into the second half on a score from Justice Merrill.

FIELD HOCKEY

SKOWHEGAN 3, EDWARD LITTLE 2: The Indians erased a 2-1 halftime deficit to score a key KVAC A win over the Red Eddies in Skowhegan.

Maliea Kelso tied the game eight minutes into the second half and 10 minutes later Lauren Leblanc put Skowhegan (9-1) ahead for good. Brooke Michonski — who assisted on the game-winner — had the Indians’ first goal.

Elizabeth Bellman scored both goals for Edward Little (7-3).

LAWRENCE 8, ERSKINE 0: Hallee Parlin had a hat trick to spark the Bulldogs to the KVAC B win in Fairfield.

Lauren Watson and Alexis Chamberlain each had two goals for Lawrence (8-2) while Domi Lewis had one. McKenna Rogers, Lauren Lambert and Lilla Tilton-Flood had an assist apiece. Emily Tozier made two saves.

Hannah Burns stopped 10 shots for Erskine (3-6).

MT. BLUE 10, HAMPDEN 0: Hannah LeClair scored four goals to lead the Cougars to the KVAC A win in Farmington.

Abby Wallace added a hat trick for Mt. Blue (6-3-1) while Adelle Foss had two goals and Hannah Minns one. Jordyn Lawrence, LeClair and Minns also had two assists each. Erika McArthur made one save.

Ruby Ramsay stopped 15 shots for Hampden (4-5-0).
