Monday at 12:59 a.m., Alan Joseph Mitchell, 29, of Smithfield, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Sunday at 11:24 p.m., Shawn Michael Quimby, 44, of Athens, was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and operating after habitual offender revocation.

IN WATERVILLE, Sunday at 1 p.m., Ronald Birch, 43, of 40 Main St., No. 5, Oakland, was arrested on violation of a protection order, on Main Street.
