Wednesday at 8:53 a.m., Noah O. Whitt, 64, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence by police responding to a crash at the intersection of Cony Road and South Belfast Avenue.

5:09 p.m., Shawn Hilliard, 30, of New York City, was arrested on charges of aggravated forgery, possession of marijuana and being a fugitive from justice by police responding to a drug complaint on Civic Center Drive.

Thursday at 12:15 a.m., Richard S. Rogers, 46, of Augusta, was arrested on Bangor Street on a warrant charging failure to pay fines.

LITCHFIELD

Thursday at 12:41 a.m., Brandy Marie Hilliard, 37, of Sabattus, was charged with operating under the influence by police responding to a complaint of an intoxicated person on Brookside Lane.
