On Election Day, residents of Waterville’s Ward 1 will have the opportunity to elect Steve Soule to the City Council.

Steve is someone who has devoted his life to improving the lives of those he has worked with, mentored and served, as a teacher, principal and at the South End Teen Center. When I mention Steve’s name to someone whose life he’s influenced, I hear nothing but praise.

He is a man of intelligence and compassion, of dedication and reason. I am confident that he will bring these same qualities to the City Council and work conscientiously to enhance the lives of all the residents of the Elm City.

I urge my fellow residents of Waterville to elect Steve Soule to the City Council on Nov. 3.
