I am writing this letter in support of Steve Soule, who is running to represent Ward 1 on Waterville City Council.
Never before have I met such a fair, honest and upstanding citizen. I have had the privilege of knowing Steve for 31 years. He has been a teacher to my children, a colleague at Clinton Elementary School, a dedicated principal and dear friend.
Throughout these years, he has been an inspiration not only to my own children but also to the many children he has taught and mentored.
His leadership abilities as well as his keen insight in dealing with people make him an ideal choice. The residents of Waterville would be fortunate to have him represent them in Ward 1.
