Demetrio A. Bautista, 22, of Winslow, criminal mischief Nov. 20, 2013, in Winslow; 30-day jail sentence.

Matthew H. Bechard, 40, of Vassalboro, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force and motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit July 22 in Vassalboro; $1,000 in fines.

Richard R. Bender, 55, of Portland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Oct. 11 in Waterville; two-day jail sentence.

Andrianna Benito, 27, of Winslow, possessing revoked, mutilated, fictitious or fraudulent license/ID card May 31 in Winslow; $100 fine.

Angela Benway, 36, of Gardiner, operating license suspended or revoked May 7 in Augusta; $250 fine.

Ronald T. Birch, 43, of Oakland, violating protection from abuse order Oct. 4 in Waterville; five-day jail sentence.

Justin Burnell, 25, of West Gardiner, operating under the influence May 19 in Waterville; $600 fine, 180-day jail sentence with all but seven days suspended, one-year probation, three-year license suspension, registration suspended.

Adam D. Clark, 31, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked May 26, 2014, in West Gardiner; $250 fine.

Kevin Nicholas Clark, 57, of Morgantown, Kentucky, commercial vehicle rule violation: operating with false duty status July 8 in West Gardiner; $500 fine.

Michael A. Dennison, 50, of Waterville, obstructing report of crime March 31 in Chelsea; 364-day suspended jail sentence, two-year probation.
