Matthew H. Bechard, 40, of Vassalboro, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force and motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit July 22 in Vassalboro; $1,000 in fines.

Richard R. Bender, 55, of Portland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Oct. 11 in Waterville; two-day jail sentence.

Andrianna Benito, 27, of Winslow, possessing revoked, mutilated, fictitious or fraudulent license/ID card May 31 in Winslow; $100 fine.
