FARMINGTON — Katie Clark tallied a goal and an assist as UMaine-Farmington held off Lyndon State, 3-2, on Senior Day and the Beavers’ North Atlantic Conference finale at Leib Field on Saturday.

Ashley Gleason and Dayle Jordan scored the other goals for the Beavers (7-9-1, 4-4-1). Kiana Thompson of Mt. Blue had three saves while splitting net duties with Sam Hatch.

THOMAS 3, JOHNSON ST. 2: Kaisa Kaufeldt scored one goal and assisted on another to lift Thomas to a narrow NAC victory in Waterville.

Paige Leary of Erskine made three saves in net for the Terriers (8-9-0, 5-5-0). Kylie Aither scored both goals for Johnson (5-12-0, 3-7-0).

HAMILTON 2, COLBY 1: Darby Philbrick scored the game-winner with 9:44 left to give Hamilton a one-goal win over Colby in a New England Small College Athletic Conference match in Clinton, NY.

Catherine Fraser tallied the lone goal for the Mules (4-9-1, 0-8-1).

FIELD HOCKEY

THOMAS 1, HUSSON 0: Taylor Bergeron scored the game’s only goal at 14:40 as Thomas blanked Husson in NAC action in Bangor.

Mount View alum Abbie Charrier made four saves in net for the Terriers (8-8, 4-1). Kaitlin Dolloff stopped five shots for Husson (6-9, 4-1).

HAMILTON 5, COLBY 2: Misha Strage and Meredith Keenan scored for Colby in a NESCAC loss in Clinton, NY.

Sarah Evans stopped four shots in goal for Colby (7-7, 2-7).

UMF 6, CASTLETON 0: Jenessa Talarico produced two goals and an assist to lead UMF to a conference win in Farmington.

Mara Balboni added a goal and an assist for the Beavers (9-4, 4-1). Patty Smith made five saves for the shutout.

MEN’S SOCCER

HAMILTON 1, COLBY 0: Erich Marcks scored on a penalty kick in the first half to lift Hamilton to a NESCAC shutout over Colby.

John Pappas made four saves in goal for the Mules (3-8-3, 1-6-2).

UMF 0, LYNDON ST. O: The University of Maine at Farmington and Lyndon State fought to a 0-0 tie in the Beavers’ regular-season finale at Leib Field.

Chris Roberts and Matt Wilson combined for three saves in net for UMF (5-9-3, 3-4-2), which outshot Johnson St., 31-14.

THOMAS 5, JOHNSON ST. 0: DJ Nicholas found the back of the net twice to lead Thomas to a NAC shutout victory in Waterville.

Tre Ming added a goal and three assists for the Terriers (12-4-0, 8-1-0).
