WATERVILLE — The P.A.T. (People and Animals Together) Project, Waterville, presented by Community Spay Neuter Clinic of Topsham and the Humane Society Waterville, will offer a free Wellness Clinic for dogs and cats from select neighborhoods Saturday, Oct. 31.

The clinic will run from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the American Legion Hall on College Avenue. Dogs and cats will receive free vaccinations and flea and internal parasite treatment. Pet owners in the eligible neighborhoods can receive these services plus free spay neuter and free pet transport to Community Spay Neuter Clinic in Topsham, according to a news release from the PAT Project. Only 500 spots available.

To make an appointment, call 721- 8395. Pet owners who live in the North and South Ends are eligible for services and will need to show proof of residency.
