I support Andrea Mooney for Hallowell City Council, Ward 4. Mooney rented an apartment from me before she became a Hallowell homeowner.
One can learn some very important things about an individual when renting to her: how she treats the property, pays her rent and deals with her landlord on an ongoing basis when problems or issues arise that demand attention. From the sum total of these interactions, her character emerges and the tenant becomes a fully formed individual.
I can say that I know Andrea Mooney to be decent, trustworthy and responsible. Aren’t those the traits we want in an elected official? I urge others to join me in voting for Andrea Mooney for Ward 4 councilor.
