This hands-on workshop will be held at the Maine Grain Alliance Research Kitchen at 42 Court St., and begins at 3 p.m. Nov. 8. The cost is $250 and includes dinner on Sunday, breakfast and lunch both days, with a social hour and dinner on Monday evening.
