AUGUSTA — Drug charges and burglaries lead the list of indictments handed up Friday by a Kennebec County grand jury sitting at the Capital Judicial Center.

An indictment is not a determination of guilt, but it indicates that there is enough evidence to proceed with formal charges and a trial.

The people indicted will be arraigned at the Capital Judicial Center in Augusta.

Here is a list of those indicted:

• David B. Arbour, 55, of Augusta, aggravated trafficking in heroin, aggravated criminal operating under the influence and unlawful possession of heroin July 3 in Augusta.

• Austin W. Ashmore, 18, of Orland, eluding an officer, driving to endanger, unauthorized use of property, operating without a license and criminal speed Aug. 15 in Augusta.

• Derek A. Baker, 35, of Randolph, theft by unauthorized taking and refusing to submit to arrest Aug. 4 in Augusta.

• Antelsy May Bellows, 37, of Waterville, two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs and four counts each of unlawful trafficking in drugs and unlawful possession of drugs (cocaine base, suboxone and Ritalin) Dec. 30, 2014-April 15, 2015 in Waterville and Winslow.

• Thomas David Bouchard, 33, of Winslow, aggravated assault, assault and three counts of violation of condition of release Aug. 10 in Waterville.

• Sarah D. Burton, 33, of Gardiner, aggravated criminal trespass and assault June 27 in Augusta.

• Andrew J. Busque, 25, of Augusta, unlawful possession of heroin July 14 in Augusta.

• Michael J. Capriole, 50, of West Gardiner, theft by unauthorized taking June 1 in Gardiner.

• Brian Michael Danaher, 29, of Waterville, three counts each of aggravated trafficking in drugs and unlawful possession of drugs (acetylfentanyl, cocaine base and oxycodone), one count each of unlawful furnishing of drugs and endangering the welfare of a child and three counts of criminal forfeiture: $5,350 cash, a 2010 Ford Focus and a flat screen TV, all Aug. 21 in Augusta.

• Heath A. Dupont, 43, of Augusta, domestic violence assault Aug. 16 in Augusta.

• Meagan Leah Emery, 22, of China, six counts each of burglary and theft by unauthorized taking July 7-27 in Augusta, Belgrade, China and Sidney.

• Paul G. Fazzi, 24, of Augusta, and Daysha D. Hannan, 21, of Manchester, two counts each of robbery and theft by unauthorized taking Aug. 11 and 13 in Augusta.

• Catherine A. Gerry, 27, of Augusta, unlawful possession of heroin and violation of condition of release Aug. 29; aggravated criminal trespass, assault and failure to sign summons June 27, all in Augusta.

• Jeremy J. Greenleaf, 36, of Buckfield, operating after revocation May 30 in Monmouth.

• Douglas William Hanson, 40, of Oakland, operating after revocation and failure to stop for an officer Aug. 17 in Mount Vernon.

• Danielle L. Hayden, 41, of Belgrade, theft by unauthorized taking April 13 in Augusta and burglary and theft by unauthorized taking July 26 in Belgrade.

• Noah Scott Herrin, 29, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking and receiving stolen property Aug. 10 in Waterville.
