The B98.5 annual “Tanksgiving” Food Drive starts Monday and will run through Thursday.

“Over the years this food drive has helped thousands of people throughout central Maine and beyond,” said Randy McCoy, co-host of the B98.5 ‘Morning Buzz,’ in a press release. “The generous donations that are given every year help people that are less fortunate and going through tough times.”

Collection points include:

Monday: Wal-Mart in Augusta and Shaw’s in Waterville.

Tuesday: Goggin’s IGA in Randolph and George’s Banana Stand in Skowhegan.

Wednesday: Shaw’s in Augusta and Waterville.

Thursday: Wal-Mart in Augusta and Wal-Mart in Farmington.

Donated food will support the Wilton Area Food Pantry, Greater Waterville Area Food Bank, Bread of Life Ministries in Augusta, People Who Care Food Cupboard in Madison and the Skowhegan Community Food Cupboard, according to a press release from the radio station.
