Maine residents are rightly upset because once again our so-called governor has manipulated the law so that one of his cronies could have a job. This time its Bill Beardsley appointed as commissioner of education.

Having agreed to this manipulated appointment, Beardsley is just as guilty as the man who appointed him and has set a terrible example for Maine students. I submit that Beardsley should not continue to be an accomplice to the person who appointed him, and I call upon Beardsley to resign.
