GREENVILLE, South Carolina — Marissa Yates, of Farmington, has been named to Bob Jones University’s University Singers.
Yates is a freshman majoring in health sciences.
All BJU students can audition and are placed in a choral group according to their classification and abilities. Singers are re-auditioned periodically to determine proper placement.
The University Singers also is preparing to go on a European tour from May 22-31, 2016, and perform in Budapest, Hungary,s and in Vienna and Salzburg, Austria.
