ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 11:39 a.m., Tyler James Davis, 24, of Canaan, was arrested on a warrant for a charge of killing or injuring an animal with a motor vehicle.

7:06 p.m., Justin Wayne Carr, 34, of Harmony, was arrested on a warrant for an unpaid fine.
