IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 2:15 p.m., Judy Gilla Levine, 47, of Jackman, was arrested on a charge of theft of services.

3:14 p.m., Alex James Brickett, 20, of Canaan, was arrested on a charge of reckless conduct with a firearm.

6:03 p.m., James Donald Marcoux, 35, of Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.
