MT. VERNON — A Wreaths Across America ceremony is set for noon Saturday, Dec. 12, at the Lakeview Cemetery.

In addition to the ceremonial seven wreaths Paul Dearborn Blake will be honored. He was a soldier in the Revolutionary war.

Helen Sprague is the location coordinator. She is a member of the Abigail Wolcott Ellsworth chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

Bob Grenier is in charge of laying the wreaths. He is the cemetery sexton in Mt. Vernon. Grenier has been placing the American flags on the veterans graves for close to 20 years.
