Nov. 1 Two people, a 20-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman, were each charged with criminal speed — 30 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit — during a traffic stop on Interstate 295. The vehicles were side-by-side when police clocked them at 107 miles per hour.

Wednesday at 10:43 a.m., James E. McAllian, 39, of Augusta, was arrested on warrants on Medical Center Parkway.
2:25 p.m., Nicole A. Nevarez, 36, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of assault, operating after suspension and operating under the influence by police responding to a traffic complaint on Commercial Street.
CHELSEA
Oct. 31 Richard Sprague, 48, no town listed, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license during a traffic stop for speeding and poor operation.
