SKOWHEGAN — The following cases were closed Nov. 9-13, 2015, in Somerset County Superior Court and Skowhegan District Court.

Mary L. Fournier, 44, of Skowhegan, domestic violence assault April 20, 2015, in Skowhegan; 364-day jail sentence, all but 90 days suspended, one-year probation.

Sean H. Gilbert, 24, of Fairfield, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces, Sept. 28, 2015, in Fairfield; $350 fine.

Kyle Green, 24, of Skowhegan, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs May 14, 2014, in Skowhegan; $400 fine, six-year Department of Corrections sentence, all but 13 months suspended, two years of probation, $400 restitution.

Kyle King, 20, of Skowhegan, domestic violence assault July 15, 2014, in Madison; 364-day jail sentence, all but five days suspended, two years of probation.

Amber Lawicka, 28, of Skowhegan, allowing dog to be at large Sept. 25, 2015, in Skowhegan; $50 fine.

William F. Longley, 46, of Norridgewock, criminal mischief, reckless conduct, terrorizing, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon and refusing to submit to arrest or dentention, bodily injury, all June 20, 2015, in Norridgewock; five-year Department of Corrections sentence, all but 12 months suspended, two years of probation, $7,500 restitution.

James D. Marcoux, 35, of Fairfield, two counts of violating condition of release, both Nov. 11, 2015, in Fairfield; 15-day jail sentence.

Sean E. Martin, 31, of Hartland, operating vehicle without a license Sept. 1, 2013, in Skowhegan; 48-hour jail sentence.

Richard R. Murdy, 69, of Newtown, Connecticut, fishing without a valid license and violating fishing rule, both Sept. 17, 2015, in Brassua Township; $200 in fines.
