Matthew Loisel, 18, of Fairfield, curfew violation Aug. 28, 2015, in Fairfield; $25 fine.

Dean Morgan, 45, of Bingham, loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle Oct. 3, 2015, in Highland Plantation; $200 fine.

Samson K. Ngisirei, 26, of Killeen, Texas, commercial vehicle rule violation: operation without duty record Aug. 28, 2015, in Pittsfield; $250 fine.

Joshua Pinkham, 35, of Cornville, theft by receiving stolen property July 1, 2013, in Cornville; 364-day all-suspended jail sentence, one-year administrative release.

Steven A. Recore II, 22, of Madison, disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place Oct. 20, 2015, in Madison; 24-hour jail sentence.

Caleb M. Roy, 23, of Burnham, two counts each of theft by deception and forgery, all July 28, 2015, in Pittsfield; 30-day jail sentence, $210 restitution.

John M. Ryan, 19, of Fairfield, terrorizing Sept. 5, 2015, in Fairfield; $250 fine.

Joanne P. Skillings, 55, of Starks, operating under the influence Oct. 3, 2015, in Madison; $500 fine, 96-hour jail sentence, 150-day license suspension.

Justin E. Stevens, 24, of Madison, domestic violence assault Nov. 1, 2015, in Madison; 18-month Department of Corrections sentence.

Brian L. Stratton, 35, of Pittsfield, domestic violence assault and criminal mischief, both Nov. 22, 2015, in Pittsfield; 364-day jail sentence, all but 24 hours suspended, two years of probation, $500 restitution.

James A. Thaler, 39, of St. Albans, domestic violence assault Oct. 15, 2015, in St. Albans, and 10 counts violating condition of release, all Oct. 26, 2015, in Madison; 364-day jail sentence, all but six months suspended, two years of probation, one-year administrative release.

Dillon A. Witham, 23, of Anson, operating while license suspended or revoked, violating condition of release and operating under the influence, all July 31, 2015, in Skowhegan; $1,000 in fines, seven-day jail sentence, 150-day license suspension.
