WINSLOW — Marc and Ann Pelletier, of Winslow, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Heather Pelletier, to Jeff Browne, son of Richard Browne, of Vassalboro, and Michelle Browne, of Hallowell.
Heather, of China, is a 2008 graduate of Winslow High School and a 2013 graduate of Thomas College. She is employed by PFBF, CPAs in Oakland.
Jeff, also of China, is a 2008 graduate of Winslow High School. He is employed by Time Warner Cable in Augusta.
A Sept. 24, 2016, wedding is planned.
